Grief Support Services. org
A Program of National Grief Support Services Inc.
Struggling with your loss, you have come to the point of seeing where you are and perhaps where you want to go. You may be coming to a realization about that. But maybe you still feel lost in longing, wishing for the person who is gone, or the life that is no longer. We hope the pause that brought you here represents a stopover on the way to a new perspective. But in all events, you probably need more fuel in your emotional tank to continue this wearying journey.

Our network of grief support services, the heart of our website, can be an important source of replenishment. Grief has many causes, not just death and dying. Your life has changed for the worse, and even in a busy world, surrounded by people, it can be very lonely.

Link below to the most comprehensive support services for times of grief and loss. Sharing is the spirit behind the resources we provide you.
Your privacy remains secure while your personal support structure grows stronger. We wish you peace and discovery on the way to recovery.

Family and friends think you should be over your grief
You want professional help, but you don’t have the time or finances
You don’t feel comfortable in groups, face-to-face
You want help, but you prefer anonymity
You wish you could talk with others who understand how you feel
You have trouble sleeping and need someone to talk to
You want help, but you are home-bound or unable to drive

If so, you have come to the right place. These are just some of the many reasons that online and telephone support is so beneficial.
Participants drive the discussions, with a little navigation at times from the professional facilitators, whose role is to keep the group as positive and beneficial as possible for all. The experienced, caring professionals who help guide the groups are volunteers in conjunction with National Grief Support Services. This Compassion Cooperative program, along with generous donations, allows us to bring you these important services, free of charge.
